5 Day Induction Course

The original induction course with over 200 Recruitment Consultants trained within Australia and Asia since 2002, the 5 Day Course takes delegates through the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing all aspects from interviewing candidates, business development, objection handling, taking the job order, sourcing candidates, the full negotiation process, the client interview process, ensuring commencement and work smart, not hard techniques gleaned from over 24 years experience working with some of the top performers within the industry.

All consultants learn 360 degree style of recruitment allowing you to have your consultant up and running from day one in addition, our Training Room has 8 telephone’s that have the ability to dial both internally (for realistic role play) and externally. They learn the theory, then put it into practice and at all times have the Trainer on hand to guide them.

This course contains 6 hours of ‘live’ client and candidate calls, plus a written course report for employers detailing performance and any areas of concern.
